The committee will meet to consider the following:

Conduct legislative oversight and monitoring of the agencies and programs under the committee’s jurisdiction and the new higher education strategic plan for Texas as proposed by the Higher Education Coordinating Board, 60x30TX.

Discuss plans that are in development or in progress, by public institutions of higher education to expand educational offerings and programs.

The committee will hear invited testimony only.
