Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with Senate Rule 11.10 and 11.18, a public hearing of the Senate Committee on State Real Property Data Collect, Report & Assess, Select was held on Thursday, June 9, 2016, in the Capitol Extension, Room E1.012, at Austin, Texas.

The chair called the meeting to order at 1:02 PM.

 

Rep. Capriglione called the House Committee on State Real Property Data Collection, Reporting, and Assessment meeting to order at 1:02.

 

The following members arrived after the roll was called:

Senator Larry Taylor

 

Upon arrival of a quorum, Senator Watson moved adoption of the committee rules. There being no objection, it was so ordered.

 

Invited testimony was provided by those designated on the attached list.

 

There being no further business, at 3:16 PM Senator Birdwell moved that the Senate Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair. Without objection, it was so ordered.

 

There being no further business, at 3:16 PM Rep. Capriglione moved that the House Committee on State Real Property Data Collection, Reporting, and Assessment stand adjourned.
