The chair called the meeting to order at 9:03 AM. The following business was transacted:

 

The Legislative Budget Board gave a presentation on General Revenue-Dedicated Account Balances.

 

Senator Nelson laid out SB 2 as pending business.

Senator Nelson moved that SB 2 be left pending; without objection, it was so ordered.
