Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 22, 2015, the House Committee on Ways & Means met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Bonnen, Dennis, at 6:15 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Bonnen, Dennis; Button; Darby; Martinez Fischer; Murphy; Parker; Springer; Turner, Chris; and Wray.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

SB 1009

 

The chair laid out SB 1009 as pending business.

 

Representative Murphy moved that SB 1009, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Bonnen, Dennis; Button; Darby; Murphy; Parker; Springer; Wray (7).

 

Nays:                           Representatives Martinez Fischer; Turner, Chris (2).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

 

Absent:                        Representatives Davis, Yvonne; Bohac (2).

 

 

 

At 6:18 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
