Pursuant to a notice posted on April 30, 2015, a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 4, 2015, and permission granted on May 5, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Urban Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the acting chair, Representative Gary Elkins, at 5:39 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Anderson, Rodney; Bernal; Elkins; Schaefer; and White, Molly.
