Pursuant to a notice posted on December 5, 2016, the House Committee on Transportation Planning, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pickett, at 1:10 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Pickett; and Simmons.

(Representative White, James now present.)

The Committee heard testimony from the Texas Department of Transportation regarding an update on HB 20, 84^th Regular Session.

At 2:53 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
