CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On May 18, 2015, the House Committee on Transportation authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Transportation held on May 18, 2015. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 15, 2015, the House Committee on Transportation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pickett, at 10:01 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Pickett; Martinez, "Mando"; Burkett; Fletcher; Israel; Minjarez; Murr; Paddie; and Simmons.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

SB 1171

 

The chair laid out SB 1171.

 

The chair recognized Representative Paddie to explain SB 1171.

 

Testimony taken/registration recorded.  (See attached witness list.)

 

The chair recognized Representative Paddie to close on SB 1171.

 

Representative Fletcher moved that SB 1171, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
