Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 20, 2015, the House Committee on Transportation met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pickett, at 9:08 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Pickett; Martinez, "Mando"; Burkett; Davis, Yvonne; Fletcher; Harless; Israel; Murr; Paddie; Phillips; and Simmons.

The chair laid out HB 13 as pending business.

 

Representative Simmons offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

Representative Simmons moved that HB 13, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
