Pursuant to a notice posted on March 26, 2015, revised 2 times on March 27, 2015, the House Committee on Transportation, Subcommittee on Designation and Naming of Roads and Plates, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Martinez, "Mando", at 8:11 a.m.
