Pursuant to a notice posted on April 2, 2015, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 7, 2015, the House Committee on State & Federal Power & Responsibility, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Phil, at 2:55 p.m.
