Pursuant to a notice posted on May 15, 2015, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule and all necessary rules on May 19, 2015, the House Committee on Special Purpose Districts met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Miller, Doug, at 8:05 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Miller, Doug; Faircloth; Fallon; Martinez Fischer; and Zedler.
