Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 27, 2015, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation & Tourism met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Guillen, at 2:08 p.m.

The chair laid out HCR 75 as pending business.

 

Representative Larson offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

Representative Larson moved that HCR 75, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
