Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 22, 2015, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation & Tourism met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Guillen, at 3:32 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Guillen; Larson; Murr; and Smith.

The chair laid out HB 1919 as pending business.

 

Representative Larson offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
