Pursuant to a notice posted on March 12, 2015, revised on March 12, 2015, and permission granted on March 17, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation & Tourism met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Guillen, at 2:06 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Guillen; Frullo; Larson; Márquez; Murr; and Smith.

The chair laid out HB 801 as pending business.

 

Representative Larson offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
