Pursuant to a notice posted on February 26, 2015, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule and all other necessary rules on March 2, 2015, the House Committee on Homeland Security & Public Safety met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Phillips, at 8:01 a.m.
