Pursuant to a notice posted on May 14, 2015, revised on May 18, 2015, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 19, 2015, the House Committee on Public Education met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Aycock, at 2:43 p.m.
