Pursuant to a notice posted on March 18, 2015, and permission granted on March 23, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Pensions met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Flynn, at 3:14 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Flynn; Alonzo; Klick; Paul; Rodriguez, Justin; and Stephenson.

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 1278 as pending business.
