Pursuant to a notice posted on February 18, 2015, and permission granted on February 23, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Natural Resources met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Keffer, at 3:19 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Keffer; Ashby; Burns; Frank; King, Tracy O.; Larson; Nevárez; and Workman.

 

A quorum was present.
