Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 15, 2015, and permission granted on May 15, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Thompson, Senfronia, at 1:03 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Thompson, Senfronia; Clardy; Burkett; Capriglione; Gonzales, Larry; Guerra; Isaac; Muñoz, Jr.; and Sheets.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

 

Representative Guerra moved that the following measures be transferred over to the House Calendars Committee: SB 1756.  The motion prevailed without objection.

Representative Guerra moved that the floor amendments to HB 4158 offered by Rep. Bell, HB 4178 offered by Rep. Farney, HB 4179 offered by Rep. Farney, HB 4204 offered by Rep. Bonnen be approved to be offered during consideration of the Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Tuesday, May 19, 2015.  The motion prevailed without objection.

 

Pursuant to the suspension of all necessary rules granted from the House floor on May 15, 2015,
