Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 13, 2015, and permission granted on May 13, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Thompson, Senfronia, at 4:20 p.m.

Representative Clardy moved that the floor amendments to HB 302 offered by Representative Wu, HB 913 offered by Representative Senfronia Thompson, HB 1206 offered by Representative Huberty, HB 1332 offered by Representative Schofield, HB 1491 offered by Representative McClendon, HB 3012 offered by Representative Parker and HB 3575 offered by Representative Sylvester Turner be approved to be offered during consideration of the Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Friday, May 15, 2015.  The motion prevailed without objection.

 

Representative Clardy moved that the following measures be transferred over to the House Calendars Committee: SB 530.  The motion prevailed without objection.
