Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 6, 2015, and permission granted on May 6, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Thompson, Senfronia, at 3:46 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Thompson, Senfronia; Capriglione; Dale; Gonzales, Larry; Gutierrez; Isaac; Nevárez; Sheets; and Springer.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

Representative Sheets moved that the floor amendment to HB 2722 offered by Representative Goldman and floor amendments #1 and #2 to HB 2562 offered by Representative Sheets be approved to be offered during consideration of the Addendum-Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Friday, May 8, 2015.  The motion prevailed without objection.

Pursuant to the suspension of all necessary rules and unanimous consent granted from the House floor on May 6, 2015, Representative Sheets moved to place the following measures on the Addendum-Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Friday, May 8, 2015:  HB 439, HB 1264, HB 1629, HB 1702, HB 1723, HB 1724, HB 1930, HB 1949, HB 1982, HB 2100, HB 2401, HB 2562, HB 2722, HB 3596, HB 3658, HB 4062, HB 4128, HB 4140, HB 4155, HB 4156, HB 4159, HB 4160, HB 4188, HB 4189.

 

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
