CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On May 1, 2015, the House Committee on Juvenile Justice & Family Issues authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Juvenile Justice & Family Issues held on April 23, 2015. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 23, 2015, the House Committee on Juvenile Justice & Family Issues met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Dutton, at 12:05 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Dutton; Riddle; Hughes; Peņa; Sanford; and White, James.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

HB 1449

 

The chair laid out HB 1449 as pending business.

 

The chair offered a complete committee substitute.

 

(Representative Rose now present.)

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

The chair moved that HB 1449, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Dutton; Riddle; Hughes; Peņa; Rose; Sanford; White, James (7).

 

Nays:                           None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

 

Absent:                        None (0).

 

HB 3277

 

The chair laid out HB 3277 as pending business.

 

The chair moved that HB 3277, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Dutton; Riddle; Hughes; Peņa; Rose; Sanford; White, James (7).

 

Nays:                           None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

 

Absent:                        None (0).

 

At 12:11 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
