Pursuant to a notice posted on March 19, 2015, and permission granted on March 24, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smithee, at 2:12 p.m.
