Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 20, 2015, the House Committee on Insurance met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Frullo, at 1:09 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Frullo; Muņoz, Jr.; Bonnen, Greg; Meyer; Vo; and Workman.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

SB 189

 

Representative Muņoz, Jr. moved to reconsider the vote by which the measure was reported from committee.  The motion to reconsider prevailed without objection.

 

Representative Workman moved that SB 189, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Frullo; Muņoz, Jr.; Bonnen, Greg; Meyer; Vo; Workman (6).

 

Nays:                           None (0).

The chair laid out and explained SB 1060.

 

Representative Bonnen, Greg moved that SB 1060, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
