Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 21, 2015, and permission granted on May 21, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Human Services met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Raymond, at 11:07 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Raymond; Rose; Keough; Peņa; and Price.

The chair laid out SB 1928.

 

The chair offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
