Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 16, 2015, the House Committee on Human Services met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Raymond, at 12:13 p.m.

The chair laid out HB 3523 as pending business.

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
