Pursuant to a notice posted on May 15, 2015, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 19, 2015, the House Committee on Defense & Veterans' Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Susan, at 8:02 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives King, Susan; Frank; Farias; and Shaheen.
