Pursuant to a notice posted on April 23, 2015, the House Committee on House Administration met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Geren, at 8:34 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Geren; Allen; Farney; Howard; King, Ken; Raney; and Vo.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

 

HCR 70

 

The chair laid out HCR 70.

 

The chair recognized Representative Flynn to explain HCR 70.

 

Representative King, Ken offered a complete committee substitute.

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

The chair recognized Representative Flynn to close on HCR 70.

 

Representative King, Ken moved that HCR 70, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
