Pursuant to a notice posted on January 8, 2016, revised on January 11, 2016, the House Committee on Higher Education met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Zerwas, at 9:07 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Zerwas; Howard; Alonzo; Clardy; Morrison; Raney; and Turner, Chris.

 

A quorum was present.
