Pursuant to a notice posted on April 16, 2015, revised on April 16, 2015, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 21, 2015, the House Committee on Higher Education met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Zerwas, at 8:02 a.m.
