Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 14, 2015, and permission granted on May 14, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Government Transparency & Operation met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Elkins, at 11:45 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Elkins; Galindo; Gonzales, Larry; Leach; and Turner, Scott.
