Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 9, 2015, the House Committee on Government Transparency & Operation met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Elkins, at 12:09 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Elkins; Walle; Galindo; Gonzales, Larry; Gutierrez; Leach; and Turner, Scott.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

The chair directed that the March 25, 2015 minutes for the House Committee on Government Transparency & Operation be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.
