Pursuant to a notice posted on March 27, 2015, and with permission granted on April 1, 2015 to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Government Transparency & Operation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Elkins, at 4:03 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Elkins; Walle; Galindo; Gutierrez; and Leach.
