Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 8, 2015, and permission granted on May 8, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Investments & Financial Services met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Parker, at 1:04 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Parker; Capriglione; Flynn; Landgraf; and Stephenson.

The chair laid out SB 1075.

 

Representative Capriglione moved that SB 1075, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
