Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 9, 2015, the House Committee on Investments & Financial Services met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Parker, at 12:14 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Parker; Longoria; Capriglione; Flynn; Landgraf; and Stephenson.

The chair recalled HB 114 from subcommittee.

 

The chair offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

Representative Stephenson moved that HB 114, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Representative Flynn offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
