Pursuant to a notice posted on February 27, 2015, and permission granted on March 4, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Investments & Financial Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Parker, at 2:05 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Parker; Longoria; Capriglione; Landgraf; and Stephenson.

 

A quorum was present.
