Pursuant to a notice posted on March 16, 2016, the House Committee on Federal Environmental Regulation, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Morrison, at 1:14 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Morrison; Farrar; Collier; Cook; Darby; King, Phil; Landgraf; Martinez, "Mando"; Minjarez; Paddie; and Wu.

 

A quorum was present.

The Committee convened to hear invited testimony on the effects that existing and proposed federal environmental regulations will have on the Texas economy.

 

Testimony taken/registration recorded.  (See attached witness list.)

 

At 3:01 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
