Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 28, 2015, and permission granted to meet while the house is in session on April 30, 2015, the House Committee on Emerging Issues In Texas Law Enforcement, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Fletcher, at 9:31 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Fletcher; Flynn; Koop; and Martinez, "Mando".
