Pursuant to a notice posted on March 19, 2015, and permission granted on March 26, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Emerging Issues In Texas Law Enforcement, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Fletcher, at 1:18 p.m.
