Pursuant to a notice posted on March 12, 2015, revised on March 13, 2015, and permission granted on March 19, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Emerging Issues In Texas Law Enforcement, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Fletcher, at 11:20 a.m.
