Pursuant to a notice posted on May 1, 2015, revised on May 1, 2015, May 1, 2015, May 4, 2015 and May 5, 2015, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 6, 2015, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Herrero, at 6:00 p.m.
