Pursuant to a notice posted on April 2, 2015, revised on April 6, 2015 and April 7, 2015, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Herrero, at 5:49 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Herrero; Moody; Canales; Leach; Shaheen; and Simpson.
