Pursuant to a notice posted on March 13, 2015, revised on March 13, 2015 and March 17, 2015, and permission granted on March 18, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Herrero, at 3:55 p.m.
