Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule and all necessary rules on May 11, 2015, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule and all necessary rules on May 12, 2015, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Coleman, at 8:12 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Coleman; Farias; Romero, Jr.; Schubert; Spitzer; and Wu.
