Pursuant to a notice posted on March 13, 2015, revised on March 13, 2015, and permission granted on March 19, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Coleman, at 11:31 a.m.
