CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On May 18, 2015, the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock held on May 14, 2015. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 14, 2015, and permission granted on May 14, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock met in a formal meeting and was called to order by Representative Springer, acting chair, at 1:42 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives King, Tracy O.; Cyrier; González, Mary; and Springer.

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out SB 1734.

 

The chair recognized Representative King, Tracy O. to explain SB 1734.

 

The chair recognized Representative King, Tracy O. to close on SB 1734.

 

The chair moved that SB 1734, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives King, Tracy O.; Cyrier; González, Mary; Springer (4).

 

Nays:                           None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

 

Absent:                        Representatives Anderson, Charles "Doc"; Rinaldi; Simpson (3).

 

At 1:45 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
