	A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
	AN ACT
	Relating to private road work by certain counties.
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
	SECTION 1.  PURPOSE.  The purpose of this Act is to allow a
	county with a population of less than 7,500 people to construct and
	maintain private roads if it imposes a reasonable charge for the
	work.
	SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2015.
