R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, David Olea is graduating from Pasadena Early College |
|
|
High School on June 4, 2015; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, In undertaking the rigorous PECHS curriculum, |
|
|
Mr. Olea has completed an accelerated course of study in which he |
|
|
has earned both a high school diploma and an associate's degree from |
|
|
San Jacinto Community College; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mr. Olea plans to continue his education by studying |
|
|
criminology and psychology, as he works toward a career in law |
|
|
enforcement; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, During his years at PECHS, this accomplished young |
|
|
Texan has distinguished himself through his skill and |
|
|
determination, and the knowledge and confidence he has acquired |
|
|
along the way will serve him well in the years to come; now, |
|
|
therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate David Olea on his graduation from |
|
|
Pasadena Early College High School as a member of the Class of 2015 |
|
|
and extend to him sincere best wishes for the future; and, be it |
|
|
further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. Olea as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
