	A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
	AN ACT
	relating to the requirements for placement on a general primary
	election ballot as a candidate for judicial office in certain
	counties.
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
	SECTION 1.  Section 172.021(e), Election Code, is repealed.
	SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2015.
