AN ACT
|
|
|
relating to the amount that may be used to guarantee loans under the |
|
|
Texas Agricultural Finance Authority's agricultural loan guarantee |
|
|
program. |
|
|
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |
|
|
SECTION 1. Section 58.052(c), Agriculture Code, is amended |
|
|
to read as follows: |
|
|
(c) The amount that may be used to guarantee loans under |
|
|
this subchapter may not exceed three times [three-fourths of] the |
|
|
amount contained in the Texas agricultural fund. |
|
|
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
